Day 1: Arrive Srinagar
You will be met by our representative at the Srinagar airport. He will assist and transfer you to the deluxe houseboat. In the afternoon you take a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, where you visit the floating vegetable gardens. While riding the Shikara there are plenty of opportunities for bird watching with plentiful species including Kingfisher, Little Bittern, Common Pariah Kites, Grebe etc. Dinner and overnight in deluxe houseboat.
Day 2: Srinagar – Pahalgam
After breakfast, check-out from hotel & depart to Pahalgam (98 Kms). In the south-east of Srinagar situated at an altitude of 2130 mts. above sea level. It is Kashmir’s most popular resort surrounded by high mountains, dense forests, high mountain lakes, it also offers 9 hole golf course, skiing, pony trails, angling (rainbow & brown trout’s) horse ridding, trekking (both hard & soft) & various places of interest in & around like Arru valley, Lidderwat valley, Kolhai glacier, Shesh Nag, Chandanwari(route to holy cave), Baisam & Mamil famous for 9thcentury old (Shiva Temple) (On one’s own) thus happens to be a preferred spot among domestic tourists, check in hotel refresh yourself & after lunch in afternoon explore the surroundings with scenic view all around & return back to hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
Day 3: Pahalgam – Srinagar (Local Sightseeing)
After breakfast, check-out from hotel & depart to Srinagar. En route visit to famous Mughal Gardens, Cheshme Shahi(Royal Spring), Nishat(Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar ( Abode of Love) Mughal laid Out in the 16th century & these fall along the bank of Dal-Lake in the heart of Srinagar City & Shankaracharya Temple located on a hillock, thus providing panoramic view of entire City, along with famous Dal-Lake & River Jhelum, en route visiting handloom centre famous for production of Pashmina/Shahtoosh shawls & world over reckoned Carpets, return back to Hotel for dinner & overnight stay.
Day 4: Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar
After Breakfast, leave for Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 mts. above the sea level. The distance of 148 Kms will be covered in about 4 hours. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course with 18 holes. Also, if weather permits one can also have the view of Nanga Parbat, the naked mountain that is over 26,000 feet and dominates the entire region, also enjoy cable car (on your own cost) for mountain ride up to Khilangmarg. In the evening drive back to Srinagar. Dinner & overnight in hotel.
Day 5: Srinagar - Departure
Leave after breakfast; proceed to Srinagar airport to board the scheduled flight for onward destination…
